Seeing my new ticker, just felt needed to say something about BMI
BMI = body mass index (or British Malaysia Institute kan Aja kan..hehe)
It kind of gives you a guideline, to see whether you are in a healthy range considering your weight and height, or not
Calculation is simple
BMI = weight (kg) / [height (m) x height (m)]
Below 20 = Slender-Lean
20-25 = Ideal weight range
25-30 = Overweight (though 25-27 could mean healthy if you're large-boned and heavily muscle)
30and above = very overweight / high risk
40 and above = extremely overweight / high risk for health complications
so guys, the conclusion..
my 25 BMI is on the verge of unhealthiness and overweightness!!!! ade ke word ni?
