This is my 2nd entry for the day
Ade beberapa kejadian happened last week, which were really unfavourable:
Flight: Air Asia KL to Senai
Issue: I was only with Izz during that flight. One hand holding him, another hand my big handbag full of important stuff(diapers, wet tissues, izz’s change of cloth, milk bottle, purse, etc, and yes, my lappy).
As I described in my previous entry, kulit kat nappy area Izz melecet, so bile die poop or pee je, die akan nangis2 mintak tukar.
Nak dijadikan cerita, right during the calling for passengers, Izz cried.
I was among the first in line at that time.
I hurriedly went to the washroom to change Izz’s diaper, terkontang kanting sorg2.
But everything was under control, so I wasn’t mad.
But I was indeed mad after that!!
When I went out of the washroom, the queue was so long.
I went in front to see the Air Asia guy , nak tanye
“Dik, kalo akak dah reserve seat, boleh pegi dulu tak?”
He took my pass “Seat no brape ni? Oh 31F.Pergi belakang skali ye kak” dgn penuh nada, siap tangan2 tunjuk arah belakang queue without even looking at me.
I looked at the long lines and decided to just sit, while in my heart rasa kenape dah reserve seat tp masih kena beratur. Izz dah la tak sihat, pastu takkan nak dukung Izz yg 10 kilo sepanjang queue tu.
Hello, I was alone.bukan ada org lain nak gilir2 dukung.
So I sat.
A few minutes later, another staff came, a woman.
I went to her, asking nicely “Excuse me, tak boleh ke dah reserve seat untuk naik dulu?”
She checked my pass and said..”OO, ni bukan hot seat. Cuma hot seat reservation je boleh naik dulu”
Tak nampak ke org yg sorg2 terkontang kanting dukung anak bawak beg ni??
I couldnt believe it!
Even dlm LRT yg plg mahal rm2.50 pun ade seat reservations untuk those in need mcm preggys, ppl with small child, old ppl, OKU..
Apehal airline yg tambang jauh lg mahal, tp servis mcm haram??
Kalaupun nama tambang murah, LRT yg lg murah tu boleh plak berbudi bahasa kan.
Tapi ni tak.
They expected me to queue just like everybody else.
I didn’t booked a hot seat..but what happened to courtesy??
Bende sekecil ni pun tak le nak buat ke..
Kalo org sarat mengandung pun die nak suh berdiri lame2 beratur ke??
Kalo org tua sakit camne plak??
I was mad indeed, until today, until bile2 pun la kot
But as I was alone at that time, and had Izz to think about (he had started crying a bit, and was feverish)..
I just sat down again, tried to soothe Izz, tepuk2 dia, and cried myself a bit
And the whole queue just looked at me as if I did some wrongs
The flight attendances were nice
Especially this one lady yg greet masa mula2 masuk flight
I sat at the last row
Reserved that place sbb dekat dgn toilet, senang untuk Izz
Lgpon back row biasenye kosong, so more space for Izz
FA td byk layan Izz
Bile die tgk Ummi lap2 Izz sbb demam, die yg tolong amik air sume
The grievances I felt earlier went away a bit bcos of her
Thank you lady
Tatau nama, but I really thank you
All in all
Tolongla ade budi bahasa dn sopan santun
Isnt that what our country is proud of
SO isn’t that what you should reflect as one of Malaysia’s airlines??
